On Monday, May 11th, 72 teams of two Michigan PGA Professionals showed competitive grit in a 36-hole showdown across Orchard Lake Country Club and Tam O Shanter Country Club at the 2026 Levelwear Pro Pro Championship presented by Foresight Sports/Bushnell Golf and The Winston Collection.
Leading the field at 8-under (63) after Round 1 were Ben Cook from Quail Ridge Golf Club and Jackson Davison from Harbor Shores Golf Club.
As the final moments of Round 2 approached, tensions rose with a potential playoff between the top two teams appearing likely after the team of Jimmy Delnick from Carl’s Golfland and Garrick Hunger from Port Huron Golf Club carded an eagle on their last hole. In the end, Brent Goulding from Prestwick Village Golf Club and Baker Stevenson from Meadowbrook Country Club played their way to win the championship by a single stroke. Goulding and Stevenson finished with a gross total of 16-under, carding a 65 at Tam O Shanter and a 62 at Orchard Lake.
As if the day wasn’t exciting enough, we had not one, but TWO hole in ones! Kevin Muir recorded a hole-in-one on the 8th hole par 3 at Tam O Shanter – his very first swing of the day! A few hours later, Jeff Caminti made his very first hole in one on the 13th hole par 3 at Orchard Lake. Congratulations, Kevin and Jeff!
Most importantly, we would like to thank our host sites, Orchard Lake Country Club and Tam O Shanter County Club. The staff at both facilities provided exceptional hospitality, and the courses were in outstanding condition.
We also extend our gratitude to our title sponsor, Levelwear, and presenting sponsors Foresight Sports/Bushnell Golf and The Winston Collection. We truly appreciate their continued support of the Michigan PGA tournaments—events like this would not be possible without them!
